We have an experienced team of professionals who can support with HR advice and consultancy, employee relations including mediation, change management, policies and documents, training and development, psychometrics and coaching.
Mark Pearce is the founder of (my) hr director, is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Mark set up the business to provide quality HR support to smaller businesses that don't need full time, in-house resource. Mark takes a pragmatic and commercial approach which clients appreciate. He believes that all business can develop and improve through better management and development of the employees.

Radhika Seth has designed, run, and assessed in over 1000 assessment and development centres with particular use of psychometrics and 360° feedback tools. She is qualified to use the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32), MBTI, Hogan Development Survey (hds), Wave, Wave 360°, Dimensions, Lominger Voices, EQi, and The Mcquaig Job Survey.   Radhika holds a B.Sc (HONS) in Psychology, an M.Sc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology, and is Level A & B qualified. She is a member of The British Psychological Society, The Association of Business Psychologists.

Dr Julie Bullen is a highly experienced coach and facilitator with a speciality for working with businesses that are seeking a change in their organisation culture.  Julie has more than 30 years' experience of working as a consultant.  Clients appreciate Julie's ability to quickly gain deep insights into their business and provide solutions.  Julie works with both individual leaders and teams.
